These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your receipt of SMS/MMS messages (“Messages”) from AutoRain Irrigation (“Company,” “we,” “us”) via short code or 10-digit long code (10DLC) phone numbers. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to these Terms.

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Service updates and follow-ups

Customer support and feedback requests

Messages may include links to our website or scheduling tools. Standard carrier rates apply (message & data rates may apply).

You agree to receive transactional Messages (e.g., reminders). Frequency varies based on your interactions and preferences.

Opt-In Consent

By texting “START,” “QUOTE,” “YES,” or similar keywords to our number, submitting your phone number via our website/form with the checkbox (“By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS from AutoRain Irrigation. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”), or requesting services, you expressly consent to receive Messages.

Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to any Message to opt out. You will receive a confirmation: “You’ve been unsubscribed from AutoRain Irrigation Messages. Reply START to rejoin.” Opt-out is immediate and free.
